    Due to a high volume of commercial opportunities the company are looking for a dynamic salesperson to join their high performing team and help them achieve even greater things.

    The role would see you operate in a caring, ambitious SME environment where your results get noticed and you can genuinely build a career and get involved in a wide variety of projects rather than be "kept in your lane".

    YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS A MAIDENHEAD OFFICE 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK AS COLLABORATION IS IMPORTANT as well as be able to get into London where the majority of client projects take place.

    Ongoing learning - both informally from an experienced team and formally through training/L&D opportunities
    Career Opportunities- the company employs circa 50 people but are growing rapidly and this creates internal opportunities
    A mix of building and reigniting existing relationships as well as creating new partnerships amongst contractors and specifiers

    o To grasp a tremendous opportunity within existing customers and "known" new customers which can deliver extensive revenue growth for this business- this is not cold new business development
    o To build long term positive relationships with existing and new customers (these are contractors, architects and specifiers) so experience dealing with these decision makers is very beneficial
    o To work closely with key accounts to ensure cross company communication creating relationships throughout the business

    ~ With at least 3 years proven sales experience selling a product (e.g. flooring, stone, furniture) into this client base and the ability to get into a Thames Valley office once or twice a week this is a rare opportunity to develop yourself with a market leader.
