    Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Operations (Logistics & Warehousing)

    • Oversee, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on logistics and warehousing activities
    • Manage and track 3PL productivity and overall performance
    • Ensuring KPI/SLA are met and operations are carried on in cost effective way
    • Daily review on performance metrics with 3PL to ensure no pending task
    • Monitor and ensure 3PL delivered products to various department/user timely and in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines
    • Attending daily morning briefing and share inventories and reservations report updates to internal stakeholder
    • Follow up and conduct investigation on any reservation/stocks discrepancy
    • Prepare weekly / monthly operations reporting
    • Monthly operation review with Customer/Management
    • Conduct weekly/monthly safety audits to prevent non-conformance
    • IA audits follow up for closure of non-conformance
    • Manages any other ad hoc tasks, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the management

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences in warehouse operations will be preferred
    • Good to have knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
    • Good management and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
    • Able to work and manage in a fast pace environment
