    Description

    We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team, to support the maintenance and enhancement of our HR and Payroll system.

    Every day will be different, analysing requirements, designing solutions and implementing changes, as well as providing troubleshooting, user training and documenting system processes and procedures.

    Act as the primary point of contact with the software provider (Zellis), managing communication, coordinating updates and upgrades, ensuring the provider meets expectations
    Complete system configuration requirements, testing and change control documentation for enhancements and system changes.
    Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy regulations
    Design and develop ad-hoc custom reports

    A good knowledge of system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation methodologies and Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other programming languages.

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are important, along with great communication and relationship building skills – with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
