    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Key Accounts team, overseeing projects and managing communications with our internal key accounts team.

    You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal key accounts team members, facilitating clear and effective communication between departments.


    • Coordinate and manage projects for our key accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal key accounts team members, understanding their needs and providing timely support and assistance.
    • Address any issues or concerns that arise during project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find innovative solutions
    • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for key stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and successes.
    • Identify areas for process improvement within the key accounts team and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the expectations of our key accounts.
    Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a key accounts or customer-facing role.

    • In depth knowledge and experience within electrical wholesale
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in excel.
