    Description

    The Travel Industry Partnerships Executive will report to the UK-based Travel Industry Partnerships Manager and is primarily responsible for supporting B2B partner sales and development. We've grown our global travel agent programme significantly over the last year, with over 3,000 advisors booking Mr & Mrs Smith hotels through our online booking platform. Our reach extends beyond this to other key reseller partnerships such as British Airways Holidays and Travel Counsellors. The Travel Industry Sales Executive role supports the next phase of Mr & Mrs Smith's growth through these channels. You will be expected to contribute to the wider partnerships team globally, ensuring the business continues to invest in the areas of largest return.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Travel Industry Partnerships team to maximise commercial performance with our existing tertiary reseller partnerships, nurturing relationships in a style that is consistent with the Smith brand.
    • Assist with internal & external reporting, including regular business performance reviews and providing weekly trading updates to the wider business.
    • Ensure all new travel agents set-up are curated according to Mr & Mrs Smith brand standards, providing any support required to encourage their first booking and ongoing use of the portal, such as proactive outreach and hosting agent training sessions.
    • Support the finance team in assisting with reseller commission queries, ensuring payment is made in a timely manner as well as streamlining effective processes.
    • Assist with the administration of onboarding hotels & villas with various reseller partners.
    • Serve as the daily point of contact for our tertiary travel agent partnerships, hosting supplier meetings, system training sessions and hosting industry events.
    • Support the wider partnerships team with any B2B partner requests (such as facilitating hotelier events) and marketing opportunities.
    • Assist with the organisation of innovative site inspections and familiarisation visits to our portfolio of properties and showcase Mr & Mrs Smith on domestic trips.
    • Support the Travel Industry Partnerships team across various industry trade shows throughout the year, negotiating participation fees and ensuring smooth execution of the events.
    • Promote the brand through detailed product knowledge and proactive networking with a growth mindset, focusing on key groups and new launches.

    About you: Skills & Experience

    • Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
    • Attention to detail and exemplary follow up.
    • Highly engaged and productive in a remote working environment.
    • Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is a must), and quick adoption of new systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
    • Commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.
    • Love of boutique hotels and experiential travel.
    • Have confidence when working in a dynamic environment with a mature outlook, professional attitude, and team-oriented approach.
