    Description

    The role will be managing Personal Lines Insurances such as Motor and Household products for our valued customers and dealing with all aspects of the work from conversing with clients to data inputting and accounts management.

    Excellent customer service skills, using the telephoneEstablish a rapport with customersLiaise with the director; will be working under the supervision of the director.

    Also expected to work on your own initiativeCoordinating with account holdersResponding to enquiries from customers in a timely mannerEnsuring frequent communication with both current and new customers.

    Warm lead callsGeneral Administration dutiesDigital Marketing / Website updatesRequirementsGCSEs in Maths & English (favoured but not essential)Outstanding communication skills and excellent telephone mannerProfessionalism ought to be always upheld.
