    About the Role

    We are seeking Sales Administrator to join our Sales team at ECA International. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process by providing administrative assistance to the sales team. Key responsibilities will include managing sales leads, preparing and sending sales proposals, assisting with contract administration, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.

    The Sales Administrator will work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth operations and efficient sales processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Check data accuracy in invoices.
    • Ensure sales targets are met
    • Stay up to date with new products and features.
    • Maintain and update sales and client records
    • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries or obtain missing information
    • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
    • Supporting the Sales team with any administrative tasks

    Experience:

    • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
