    Description
    We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantitative Associate Director to join our talented and growing FMCG team.

    Working on some of our biggest client accounts, with a focus on adhoc research projects covering strategic pieces as well as concept, product, pack and claims testing for well known household names.

    You'll be genuinely curious about our client's strategic issues, capable of turning findings into impactful insights, and skilled at building strong client relationships.

    You'll have a passion for exploring new ideas and techniques, plus proven experience working in FMCG Market Research in a commercial environment.

    Managing quantitative projects and working with our Qual team on mixed methodology projects you'll also collaborate with our neuro, behavioural and data science teams to integrate deeper human understanding.

    You will have many chances for growth and development through on-the-job training and our Walnut Learning & Development initiatives.

    We offer Hybrid working, which for us is a blend of working remotely and in either our Winchester or London office.

    Efficiently and creatively plan and manage research projects.
    Generate compelling project proposals by thinking beyond the obvious.
    Collaborate effectively, demonstrating an inclusive and professional approach when working with colleagues, clients, and suppliers throughout projects.

    Supervise and support the development of junior researchers through regular feedback; where applicable, provide line management and conduct performance appraisals.

    Ideally you will be an experienced Associate Director, with experience gained in a MR agency environment, workign with FMCG clients.

    You'll have a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with various project types, research techniques and methodologies and be comfortable working in various industries.

    Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
    A creative mindset and desire to transform findings into compelling stories.
