As a customer-facing IT Support Engineer, you will be the go-to person for resolving technical queries and providing top-notch support to our valued clients. You will work closely with their teams, offering training and documentation to empower them in utilising IT solutions effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring seamless access to cloud and on-premise systems for all users.
    • Collaborating on project installations and occasionally providing help desk support.
    • Contributing to the development of existing systems and introducing innovative solutions.
    • Being proficient in Apple products and solutions, with the ability to support other technologies.
    • Supporting a wide range of vendor products, including macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and more.
    Your role as an IT Support Engineer will take you to various customer sites, where you will be the face of the company. Our clients expect proactive thinking and problem-solving, and you will be responsible for managing and safeguarding their IT systems. You'll liaise with third parties on their behalf and ensure their critical data is backed up and protected.

    What We Expect from You:
    • Demonstrated expertise in supporting various IT systems and technologies.
    • Proactive management of customer sites and projects, with effective roll-back plans in place.
    • Diligent documentation and adherence to our agreed technical platform standards.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and helpful approach.
    • Prompt communication, both internally and externally, to maintain smooth operations.
    • Compliance with our procedures and systems, with support incidents logged in our ticketing system.
    As part of our team, you'll have the chance to travel to different locations, mainly within London, and occasionally nationally or internationally for exciting projects. We ensure that your out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed for such travel.
