    Description
    Desktop support Analyst (1st & 2nd line) required for a well established FTSE 250 Property Management company.

    This is a first and second-line IT Helpdesk and Deskside support role provinding a service to local office and remote staff.

    The role includes setting up and integrating new employees, managing assets, and delivering excellent customer service.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Serving as the main point of contact for all employees regarding IT helpdesk incidents.
    • Assist IT infrastructure upgrades and installations as required.
    • Providing technical assistance for PC users, telephony, and mobile communications
    • Preparation and provision of hardware and software for new employeesDesired Skills & Experience:Essential
    • At least 6 months continuous experience of Helpdesk and Desktop IT support
    • Understanding of Active Directory (including Administration)
    • Office 365 (including user Admin)
    • IT support (including Networking TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS)Beneficial
    • Experience with setting up and troubleshooting video meetings.
    • Experience with Freshservice IT service management or another leading ITSM tool.
    • Software applications support
    • Understanding/Awareness of ITIL support frameworkThe role is primarily office-based with plenty of face to face interaction with staff at all levels.
