    Group Finance Manager for a PE backed business
    Fantastic role working with stakeholders and Senior Leadership teams

    I am working with a market-leading PE-backed business based in Oxfordshire looking to hire a senior group finance manager for their high-calibre team.

    Support Group financial Controller with overall management of the group financial reporting and finance systems teams

    Strategic Financial Planning:

    help support the shape the financial future of the organisation by providing astute financial guidance and steering key decision-making processes.

    Help improve financial controls and processes by going on a journey to bring up to PLC standards including group financial consolidations.

    Help implement and oversee robust controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate financial risks effectively.
    Support and project manage the production of the group Annual Report.
    The production of subsidiary statutory financial statements, developing a standardised template for disclosure requirements.
    Ownership and maintenance of Group accounting policies and procedures with clear alignment to finance system consistency
    Support the finance integration of acquired businesses and M&A activities.
    Mentoring and developing the Finance team
    Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with post-qualification experience.

    A solid technical background, ideally from practice, and a willingness to grow and develop within a multi-site listed/PLC environment is highly desirable.

    Strong knowledge of financial controls, processes, and accounting standards.
    Proven experience in driving process improvements and implementing financial systems.
    Willingness to gain exposure to M&A activities and interaction with PE investors.
    Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and financial software applications.
