- Develop and maintain customer relationships and drive sales with partners to build and expand the brand in the market.
- Setting mutual targets with key customers and ensuring targets are met through clear guidance and leadership.
- Training sales staff in stores on product knowledge and promoting our brand DNA through branded spaces.
- Business development with identifying, creating and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Leading in season sales meetings and attending international trade events
- Working closely with buyers to ensure their needs are met
- Negotiating cost prices and terms
- Adding New customers and orders to the integrated systems ie Spy system etc.
- Liaising with sales directors and key accounts contacts to ensure all order confirmations are sent out once orders placed. Ensuring PO's are received ahead of time and checked against orders.
- Be competent with booking-in processes for all key accounts to help brands booking in if they have any questions
- Deal with returns and faulty
- Help planning for next seasons budget planning, sample ordering etc.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a highly motivated Wholesale Manager to join our team at Colorful Standard Based in our London office.
About The Role
Reporting to the International Sales Manager you will be responsible for sales and further development of Colorful Standard in UK & Ireland. Responsibility of wholesale both Key Accounts & Independent Stores, building on our recent success and significant growth we have had in the UK market through our existing partnerships.
