    Job description

    The Sales Support team focus on supporting the Vista Sales team in all aspects of their role. The Team delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

    As part of the Sales Support team, you will process customer holiday bookings and suggest varying extras to further enhance the customer's experience, helping to create lifelong memories.

    Our customers are at the heart of everything we do so exceptional customer service is essential.

    Key responsibilities

  • Delivering a first-class customer experience to all customers
  • Working towards and striving to achieve ancillary targets by looking after the customer journey from start to finish.
  • Attending training workshops and supplier visits, including overseas educational visits, to continuously develop product knowledge.
  • Being flexible and adaptable to meet business needs.
  • Being open to change as the team will continue to grow and develop new skills and processes, to further support the Tour operation.
  • Engage with the wider business by living and breathing the Hays Travel SMILE values.
