    Job Title: Performance Manager VP/AD

    Location: London

    Working type: Hybrid

    Salary range: £90K-£100K

    We are partnered with and international Investment Bank who are looking for a Performance Manager to join their Wealth Management Team at VP/AD level. In this role you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of financial planning and forecasting deliverables, business partnering and management reporting. The position will be focused on the Wealth Management Europe business with a concentration on businesses and cost base.

    What will you do?

    As the Performance manager you will:

    • Develop, manage and run working relationships within the European Wealth Management team as well as finance colleagues based in head office.
    • Participate and contribute to required workshops, meetings, stakeholder updates and project presentations.
    • Where possible work/assist with automation opportunities within performance Management functions and processes.
    • Work with and be the point of contact for head office finance, providing data and insight as requested on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    • Produce monthly consolidated packs, which are presented to the teams you work with.
    • Work closely with the financial control teams during the monthly close to gain an understanding of results and be able to use this to produce consolidated MI.

    Successful candidates will need:

    • Accounting qualification.
    • Financial Services experience.
    • Experience with Banking & Wealth Management businesses.
    • Strong understanding of business drivers and how they impact the Finance data and process flows.
    • Experience using finance systems, IBM Cognos TM1.
