    To be successful in this position, you will have/be;
    • Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to address issues with honesty, integrity and timeliness
    • Evidence of role model behaviours and values, with a professional and positive approach
    • A team player who collaborates with colleagues and across departments
    • Strong organisational skills, where you take initiative and remain focused under pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Effective relationship management & stakeholder management skills
    • Experience within aircraft seating or manufacturing environment
    • Full understanding of production costs, including waste, downtime and scrap
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred
    • Up-to-date training/certification in Fire Marshal Training and First Aid preferred
    • Flexible and adaptable, with a 'can do' attitude
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
