    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to foster the expansion and enhancement of our Cera Branch as an integral part of our team. As one of the largest service providers, we have the opportunity to extend services and support to the most vulnerable members of our communities, propelling us towards becoming the UK's fastest-growing technology-driven care provider.

    You will be accountable for cultivating the talent and processes that lead to a high-performing and compliant branch, while also aligning these aspects with broader Cera initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adopt a Carer-first approach to enhance care delivery in communities continuously.
    • Supervise the creation of personalized, individual-centered support packages focusing on achieving predefined outcomes for service users.
    • Partake actively in adjusting service packages in coordination with branch staff and central teams.
    • Conduct regular evaluations of service goals and quality objectives, implementing improvements as necessary.
    • Ensure meticulous record-keeping to monitor and enhance support for service users and meet regulatory standards.
    • Enforce adherence to Cera policies and procedures, taking corrective actions as needed.
    • Guarantee compliance with statutory and Cera standards in all service areas.
    • Maintain operational standards as agreed with the Regional Director and Quality & Compliance team within specified parameters.
    • Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to monitor weekly expenditure and budget adherence.
    • Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure new contracts.
    • Engage in the Skills for Care Managers Network for industry networking and development.
    • Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to stay informed about perspectives, developments, and expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a regulated care environment is essential.
    • Preferably, hold an RQF Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care.
    • Familiarity with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and budget oversight.
    • Ability to lead and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting.
    • Previous managerial experience in domiciliary care settings.
    • Experience working with Service Users with specialized support needs.
    • A dedicated leader passionate about delivering exceptional care at a high standard.
