- Client Team Management & Support
- Providing top-notch service to the client team and coordinating with technical support for optimal results
- Offering timely responses and solutions to meet client needs, with clear communication on progress
- Efficiently managing workload across clients to maximize satisfaction
- Conducting regular feedback meetings to ensure effective service delivery
- Data Integrations & Quality Assurance
- Exploring data on media platforms UI for new/modified requirements and providing outcomes to the BI team
- Defining and implementing scheduled reports in platform UI or coordinating delivery through third parties
- Ensuring data quality in Dashboards to maintain alignment between source and platform
- Dashboard Build & Maintenance
- Collaborating with BI counterparts to test Dashboards, guaranteeing alignment with GCT/Client requirements
- Troubleshooting Dashboard errors and working with Technical teams for resolution
- 1 year of experience in data, development, or operations
- Knowledge of data and BI technologies or a strong technical inclination (e.g., PowerBI, Datorama, Data Studio, Birst, SQL, etc.)
- Passionate about the advertising and marketing industry
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about new technologies and processes
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
