We are seeking to appoint a Business Manager to manage the business side of school life. This role will be instrumental in moving the school forward, working with key stakeholders and planning and maintaining a balanced budget for our school. This is a band E position with a Full Time Salary of £35,745 - £41,418 (pro rata) actual salary £27,459 - £31,817. Applications from people wishing to work part time will be considered.
The successful candidate will have significant finance experience and be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. You will enjoy managing people and work closely with our finance clerk, HR lead, Site Services and Explorers Staff and our Admin Team. The ability to be resilient and prioritise in a busy school environment plus work as part of a team will be crucial.
We will offer you a supportive environment, quality continued professional development and a professional, kind and caring staff team.
