    Description
    We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Chartering team at Northern Offshore Services.

    As a Technical Sales Manager you will be part of the Chartering department which consists of passionate and supportive colleagues in, ready to give our clients the best possible customer experience.

We are working within the renewable energy sector and our clients are major stakeholders and large energy companies.     Promote company culture, values, and vision.
    Follow site specific procedures and together with N-O-S back-office monitor and improve project and vessel performance.
    Responsible for submitting project specific tenders.

    Work and develop the company's routines with present and new customers, develop meeting statistics, update the company's CRM system, etc.

    Report future predictions, new, present, and potential customers, development of future sales possibilities.
    Develop new solutions and methods to maintain our quality and profitably standards.
    Provide sales and chartering support during non-office hours.
    Attend operational meetings with clients at ongoing projects.
    Technical sales manager is a senior position within N-O-S.

    You will provide analysis of market opportunities, propose sales tactics, and support the management of existing customer accounts as well as, proactively working towards developing relationships with new customers.

    There will be a focus on building strong key relationships with existing and prospective clients.

    This is a key role in positively contributing to the achievement of the business strategy to grow our customer-based deliver ambitious targets for sales revenue as well as customer satisfaction.

    The base will primarily be in the SE or DK, but business travels will be required.

    We are looking for a person who is creative and curious, who has a passion for sales and a desire to deliver value to our clients.

    We are looking for a candidate who has sales experience or experience from the shipping industry – preferably in offshore wind and CTV market
    Frequent travels to meet with customers and attend industry events will be required.
