    Description

    This is a full-time, work-from-home role. Facilius Inc. is seeking an ambitious, smart individual to join the operations team.

    Requirements

    • Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written (Verbal Skills, Command over Language, Fluency)
    • 0 to 2 years of experience as an Operations Executive or Client Servicing or Account Manager (preferably in PR agency or a media company or a media agency or a digital marketing agency)
    • Diligent, persistent with strong follow-ups
    • Organized and efficient with multiple projects and tasks
    • Great attention to detail
    • Agency experience or experience in handling clients and vendors, managing multiple projects is preferred
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. MS Excel)

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a good understanding of specific service offerings
    • Liaise regularly with the top management of the agency and the vendors to execute projects
    • Develop good connections with the vendor network
    • Stay up-to-date with information on these services and the market
    • Keep the team informed on updates in these services and the market
    • Assess the performance of internal and external operations, including employees and procedures.
    • Give suggestions for operational improvements.

    Compensation

    Basic in-hand salary: The range will be between INR 2.4 to 4.2 lacs per annum depending upon prior experience.

    Other details

    Candidate has the flexibility to work from home or any location of their choice.

    Timings: 6.00 pm to 3.00 am / 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST (adjusted as per daylight savings)

    The work shift is as per Eastern Time
