- Drive lead generation, and build revenue pipeline by prospecting and setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision makers across Northern Europe.

- Demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with your wider team.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales success plan
- Effectively partner with the channel team with call out days and activities
- Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools

Our Sales Development function is the "tip of the spear" in the sales process, supporting the wider sales team. The ideal SDR candidate will demonstrate sales intuition and ambition. We are looking for someone that has a strong team-oriented mindset and a hunter mentality. The candidate will need to have good organisation and written / verbal communication skills and needs to be comfortable with making phone calls Professionalism is a must, and have the confidence to have high-level conversations with C-level stakeholders in medium to large enterprise organisations.
The candidate needs to be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, you will be supported with coaching, familiarising yourself with our processes and supporting tools - and motivation to ramp up quickly
