    En tant que Welcome Officer @ Louyet Bruxelles vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

    • Vous accueillez les clients de manière professionnelle à l'entrée de la concession ;
    • Vous gérez les nombreux appels téléphoniques entrants avec courtoisie ;
    • Vous assistez les clients en les orientant vers les services ou les personnes appropriés au sein de la concession ;
    • Vous réceptionnez, triez, et distribuez le courrier entrant ;
    • Vous fournissez un soutien administratif général, tel que la préparation de documents, la rédaction de courriers, etc.

    Pour le poste en tant que Welcome Officer @ Louyet Bruxelles nous sommes à la recherche du profil suivant:

    • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour l'automobile et le secteur Premium ;
    • Vous êtes une personne organisée, autonome et rigoureuse ;
    • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais ;
    • Vous êtes reconnu comme une personne enthousiaste, spontanée et vive d'esprit ;
    • Vous êtes polyvalent, souriant, perfectionniste et l'esprit d'équipe est inné chez vous ;
    • Vous êtes orienté clients et avez à cœur d'offrir un service Premium ;
    • Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique ainsi que les contacts téléphoniques ;
    • Vous êtes disponible immédiatement (ou rapidement) ;
