    The Handle group was founded in 1978 and our heritage, passion, and specialisms are rooted within the media and entertainment industries. Handle Freelance Solutions was established in 2014 and has become the preferred outsourced payroll and compliance solution for an impressive base of Media, Entertainment and Fashion brands.

    We are looking for a client services coordinator to join a fun customer service admin team. This is an opportunity to be part of a thriving business which is successful; expanding yet maintains a "family" environment. This role has real career progression opportunities if sought after.

    Daily duties include:

    • Onboarding of freelancers.
    • Providing the primary contact for our freelancers, helping them with the onboarding process and payroll queries.
    • Creating and sending out online documents for E-Signing.
    • Data entry.
    • Managing work in progress and prioritising.
    • Establishing and maintaining controls to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Dealing with ad hoc client queries.
    • Establishing and maintaining client relationships within line.
    • Review the ongoing status of the freelancer onboarding process.
    • Ad hoc business related tasks.

    Experience/skills you'll need:

    • Ability to work within a team in a pressured and busy environment, to work effectively to deadlines, and have the ability to use own initiative, have a keen eye for detail and solve problems.
    • A passion for customer service and satisfaction.
    • Good communicator to stakeholders at all levels, ability to build positive relationships, be self-motivated and flexible in your approach and keen to take responsibility.
    • Experience of Database entry will be essential.
    • Ability to absorb information and follow process is essential.
    • Payroll knowledge and understanding would be an advantage.
