Sales Manager

Sales Manager jobs role ; PLCs, control & automation, drives, robotics
Fast growth business – up 66% to £50 million turnover from £30 million.
Lack of KPIs – focus on engaging with electrical engineering customers in a friendly consultative way
Salary TBC likely to be £53,000 - £60,000 + car + bonus (but this is TBC we are yet to get clarity)
Set up a new facility – recruit lead and grow your own team

Incredibly strong technical support – the business invests in a robotics division so that sales engineers receive very strong support technically across their product range (which is PLCs, control & automation, drives, robotics)

What we are looking for in this Automation & Controls Sales manager jobs role

We are flexible on your industry background but ideally want some exposure to control panels, PLCs, control & automation, drives, robotics, HMIs ; the business are very good at training and can support technically but you will need some overlap / understanding of this type of control and automation sector
A Regional Sales manager or Area Sales Manager who wants to step up into a leadership role and work for a friendly, fast growth £50million turnover business with a focus NOT on KPIs but on deep customer relationships
A head of sales or sales manager seeking senior sales jobs in the Scotland, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Livingston, Motherwell, Falkirk region
