    FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK.

    We're representing a charity specializing in educating Educators & Local Authorities on providing Mental Health interventions to children and young adults.

    We're supporting the recruitment of a BDM to sell their training services and online learning content library across the UK.2 days a month in the South Birmingham office and the rest remote working.

    Salary is up to £40,000 + commission.

    ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and execution of the sales strategyIdentify and contact qualifying leads each month and convert them to sales to meet sales target.

    Identify and apply for any grants or funding opportunitiesIdentify potential partnership opportunities with other organisations and progress the strategic relationship into a mutually beneficial projectDevelop a network of key business and sector contacts with the community & local businesses that meet on a regular basis for mutual benefit.

    Qualifications2+ years B2B sales experienceExperience selling online training or products into Education / Local Authority / LEP
