    Job Description
    Our – Sustainability, Policy & Compliance business works across sectors to provide strategic advice for in sustainable and strategic waste innovation, provides Environmental Policy advice and is helping clients with their environmental permitting and compliance. We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator with a background in business administration to support us in a range of activities which ultimately help clients achieve their sustainability goals. Producing monthly and quarterly reporting and maintaining accurate and up to date online records

    • Support on the quarterly financial reporting to ACI
    • Facilitating workshop preparation and logistics
    • Working with our tax experts
    • Liaising with our supply chain team to help with the setting up of sub consultants.
    • Generating project related work orders, purchase orders and processing invoicing for ACA and our wider clients; and
      Populating client specific data platforms for information re: Energy and Carbon

    Requirements:

    • A strong background in business administration
    • Strong competency in conducting numerical analyses in Excel and digital platforms, apps
    • Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with project teams and clients
