    We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's Leading FMCG companies, for the role of a Delivery Service Manager.

    It's an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any deviceWhat You Can ExpectType – PermanentLocation – WatfordSalary – £55k - £75kIndustry – LotteryMain Responsibilities as a Delivery Service ManagerEnhance deployment productivity and outcomes through optimised processes.

    Manage budgets and resources efficiently to improve retailer satisfaction and delivery timelines.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute detailed deployment plans.
    Coordinate software deployment aligned with project milestones and requirements.
    Lead team development, risk management, and reporting to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
    Experience & Skills RequiredDemonstrated proficiency in overseeing complex project delivery, consistently achieving success from inception to completion.
    Proven ability to lead large, multifunctional teams with diverse skill sets. Skilled in leading high-performance teams focused on meeting KPIs and SLAs within tight deadlines. Extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
    Strong collaborative skills, adept at working with internal and external teams, integrating external expertise and knowledge effectively.
