    Odin is on a mission to drive human progress by fundamentally reimagining how we invest.

    We envision a world where people can vote with their money on what the future looks like, and participate in creating it.

    To achieve this, we're building a community-centric platform to launch and invest in venture capital funds & angel syndicates.

    We offer investment infrastructure for fund managers, as well as communication features allowing investors to connect & collaborate with each other, and discover & invest in funds and individual deals. You can imagine it a bit like Stripe meets Twitter, for investing.

    Our mission is ambitious and underpinned by our values. We're already trusted by over 5,000 VCs, angels and founders, and we are just getting started.

    The role



    Reporting to our Founders, you'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating across different departments to:

    • Assist in financial record reconciliation and manage annual filings for various entities
    • Support document processing for legal requirements and liaise with external parties like notaries
    • Handle approvals related to KYC, AML, and KYB procedures
    • Process invoices, issue certificates, and manage refund processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
    • Calculate and process exit-related transactions, distributing necessary documentation to investors

You'll also have the chance to express your areas of interest and receive guidance from our wider leadership team.

    • Interview with Mary, our Co-CEO & Co-Founder - Now that you're in the running, it's time to spend some time unpacking your experience with the hiring manager
    • Challenge & In-depth Review with Mary & Imani - By this stage, we believe you're pretty great, so we'll share a task to assess how well you'd perform in the role
    • Final Interview with Paddy, our Co-CEO & Co-Founder - At this stage, we're genuinely excited and believe it's fitting for you to spend some time with one of the founders

    Before each interview, we'll prepare you for what to expect, and regardless of the outcome, once you're in our process, we'll provide detailed feedback within 24 hours of an interview. Our process typically takes two weeks, sometimes shorter, or perhaps a bit longer; we'll accommodate your availability and are happy to make any hiring adjustments along the way.

    We operate as a remote-first team, and for this role, we welcome candidates who prefer predominantly remote work. As a team, we highly value face-to-face interaction, so to foster collaboration and bring out the best in each other, we make it a point to organise company-wide gatherings at least once a quarter.
