    Description

    Senior Application Manager, People Technology

    We are seeking a talented Senior Application Manager to lead our People Technology team in building, integrating and maintaining scalable, high quality and efficient Core HR and Recruiting Technologies, which are critical foundations for powering the TEAM at Atlassian You'll be a hands-on technical leader and people manager and will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, strategy, delivery and engineering plus operational excellence of Core HR and Recruiting Technologies.

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher thanthat of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay rangesfor new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $197,000 - $262,700

    Zone B: $177,300 - $236,400

    Zone C: $163,600 - $218,100

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

    15+ years of software development management experience, managing teams of 15+ Engineers

    Bachelor's or Master's degree with a preference for Computer Science degree

    Demonstrated experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders

    Experience driving technical strategy of the team

    Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies

    Demonstrated experience mentoring and growing high performing engineering teams
