    About ThisRole:
    The Senior Manager Finance ExecutiveAdvisory AccounttoReport (A2R) is responsible for providing expertguidance to A2R process owners and transformation leaders in memberorganisations managing existing client relationships and deliveringcompelling insight that helps retain members as longtermclients.

    • Provide ExpertGuidance: Be a trusted advisor able to coach financeleaders and their direct reports on important issues related tofinance operating modeltransformations.
    • BusinessDevelopment: Responsible for client retention of anassigned client portfolio in collaboration with accountmanagement.
    • DevelopThoughtLeadership: Collaborate within the globalfinance advisory practice to support the production of novelinsight support the creation of rigorous analysis of researchdeliver engaging oral and writtenpresentations
    • CommunityBuilding: Support the development and maintenance ofa network of clients to exchange best practices in membershipevents. Participate in inperson and virtual memberevents.
    • Event and BriefingCoordination Preparation and Delivery: Comfortableleading formal and informal briefings to client companies virtuallyand in person both as part of the Advisory calendar and on demand.

    Experience andskills:

    • Qualifiedaccountant with sufficient process depth and breadth to consult ona wide range of General Accounting and Reporting topics includingIntercompany Accounting Fixed Assets Cost Accounting EnterpriseConsolidation and ExternalReporting.
    • Significant consulting and/orindustry experience in the following areas: General accounting andclose finance organization design finance systemsdesign.
    • Attentive listener with strongconversational skills and an orientation towards understandingclient context and providing specific solutions to specificchallenges.
    • Enthusiasm for the digitaltransformation of finance processes and ability to provide adviceon how to approach the digital transformation of financeprocesses.
    • Seeks an expert advisor career modeldistinct from traditional projectorientedconsulting.
    • Able to absorb the clientssituations and issues and then respond with tangible actionableadvice that leverages research data case studies diagnostic assetsand points of view.
    • Analytical skills tointerpret best practice insight identify industry trends andsupport the development of compelling datadriven researchinsights.

    • Fluent inEnglish
