    Job Description

    The position is primarily responsible for data operations in Lineal's various hosting and processing tools. Responsibilities include but not are not restricted to: processing, analytics application, preparing productions, and loading assignments. This role is open for applicants based in London, UK. Applicants must acquire Right-To-Work if relocation is required.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Learn and utilise eDiscovery tenants and tools.
    • Possess understanding of different data types and deliverables.
    • Possess understanding of workflows related to deduplication, imaging, OCR, ingestion, and export.
    • Tools such as Nuix, Concordance, Reveal, and Relativity.
    • Ability to prepare metrics and reporting related to deliverables.
    • Prepare Productions/Disclosures
    • Running Analytics using NexLP and Relativity
    • Maintains close communication with Manager and Tech Leads to ensure tasks are understood and can be carried through to completion.
    • Accurately and proactively communicates with Manager and Tech Leads regarding upcoming commitments and deadlines, project status updates, and issues or challenges.
    • Collaborates with CX; accurately and proactively communicates with Manager regarding upcoming commitments and deadlines, project status updates, and issues or challenges.
    • Collaborate with Managers implement efficient workflows, proactively identify and mitigate risk, apply quality control, address technical challenges to complete deliverables.
    • Works closely with Shift Manager and Tech Leads to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to QC procedures.
    • Analysts will work closely with other technical departments to resolve blockers. This includes collaboration with IT, Rel Support, Evidence Handling, and Forensics.
    • Participate in training opportunities for new team members.
    • Collaborate with Managers and Tech Leads to create and distribute documentation for new and existing workflows.
    • Ability to work on a global scale – collaborate on solutions and effective communication with US and UK stakeholders.
    • Follow billing procedures; maintaining utilization tracking for hours.

    Required Qualifications & Characteristics:

    • Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with team members.
    • Strong aptitude for creative and critical thought; eager to apply analytical skills and resourcefulness to problem solving. Analysts should strive to identify and analyse active and potential problems, and work with their team to develop and implement effective solutions.
    • Maintains high sense of urgency with active projects while managing shift, escalating items to Managers, Tech Leads, and the CX team proactively in the event of delays.
    • Prompt and collaborative communication with the CX department to assist Shift Manager to set priorities.
    • Enthusiastic about continuous improvement. Seeks opportunities to assist and collaborate with manager, tech leads and other departments.
    • Willing to adapt quickly to constantly changing environment.

    · Ability to identify questions and seek clarification from Manager and Tech Leads.

    • Experience with MS Office applications.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Be engaged and enthusiastic about work and learning.
    • Must be flexible regarding work hours and schedules.

    · Ability to work independently.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment across multiple geographies and time zones.
    • Nuix and Relativity certifications would be beneficial.
