    Skills:


    You will have good knowledge of Windows Workstations HardwareExperience supporting Microsoft software (Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc.)Previous face to face customer service experienceMicrosoft 365 Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint OnlineExperience supporting macOS software.


    This role would require you to:

    Minimum 1+ years of working within a customer focused IT environment roleYou should have excellent communication skillsExcellent Troubleshooting SkillsBe a keen and a fast learner and be enthusiastic about helping users.

    Confident communication skills across phone, email and face-to-faceSound organisational ability and able to prioritiseEnsuring SLAs are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.

    Willingness to learn, gain relevant qualifications and accreditation'sWork well under pressureThe Package:

    Working hours will be 40 hours a week during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, between 9am – 6pm UK time)Package dependent on experienceMonthly team events out of the office.
