    Talent Acquisition and Recruitment PartnerFull TimeUp to £30,000 per annumInspired Learning Group are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Partner to join the Recruitment team.

    This is an exciting new role within Inspired Learning Group as we grow. The role would suit someone with a recruitment background looking to move into internal recruitment.

    As our Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Assistant you will work closely with our schools and nurseries to attract the very best staff.

    This new role will also provide you with the opportunity to grow and take on responsibility within our company.
    Inspired Learning Group is a growing group of independent preparatory schools and nurseries in the UK. We take great pride in each one of them, supporting them enthusiastically in the achievement of excellence.

    We do this by striving to inspire each individual pupil to achieve the personal and social development and the academic result which best matches his or her personality and talents.

    We are looking for someone who can join us as we expand, this is an exciting time as the talent function expands to meet our growth plans.


    Key Responsibilities will include the following:

    Assisting with the internal resourcing function at ILG.Producing promotional material to attract staff to the ILG nurseries and schoolsResourcing for and developing a candidate pipeline for nurseries and schoolsUsing various search techniques to source and maintain contact with candidates, including LinkedIn and Social Media Platforms.

    Utilising technology to keep in contact with talent communities.
    Contributing to the workforce plan to ensure ILG have a pipeline of talent for our schools and nurseries.
    Working with local training providers to source nursery staff.

    Headhunting and sourcing early years professionals via a variety of job boards and platformsAssistant with the designing and implementing of recruitment strategiesInitialising and maintaining an internal staff cover function.


    Our Ideal Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Partner will:

    have experience of working in a fast paced a confident writer and IT literate and competent in the use of various a collaborative team player who is also comfortable working a passion for educationWe would like to hear from you if you feel you have the skills and attributes to fulfil this exciting role at Inspired Learning Group.

    Prior recruitment and nursery experience would be looked upon favorably.
