    Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Operations

    Atlassian is seeking a Senior Manager in the Strategy and Business Operations (SBO) team who will support senior leaders in our Work Management business and who is passionate about driving growth at a fast growing software company.     The Strategy & Business Operations team is a high impact and visible team that works closely with product & business leaders across the company. Using your business insight, analytical skills and creativity, you will partner directly with product leaders in the Confluence team. You'll take a leading role in driving strategy, growth, and business operations. You'll own projects from inception to execution and delivery, ensuring that the solutions you develop are creative and offer high-quality and actionable recommendations to business partners. You'll also quarterback aspects of the month-to-month business operations, increasing visibility and accountability around business metrics that drive gro

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher thanthat of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay rangesfor new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $152,800 - $203,700

    Zone B: $137,500 - $183,400

    Zone C: $126,800 - $169,100

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

    6+ years experience in the following areas: business operations, strategy, product, go-to-market / sales strategy, monetization, strategic finance, or similar

    An understanding of Enterprise Software business models

    Demonstrated experience in driving business case development and strategic recommendations from end-to-end

    Proficiency in financial modeling and building revenue and cost drivers

    Strong proficiency with Excel and experience using SQL

    Excellent verbal & written communications skills with all levels of an organization
