    Proven experience with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) – ASITE, Projectwise, Assetwise, CEMAR, Business Collaborator (BC), eB etc.

    Strong knowledge of document control processes and systems on projects and knowledge of the interface management with Clients & Contractor will be required.

    Strong IT / Computer skills including proficiency in the use MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint
    Be highly flexible and adaptable to constantly changing requirements and priorities.
    Occasionally based at project site
    Managing document databases
    Administering project databases
    Day to day site management
    Assisting project delivery

    Collation and gaining approval of O&M manuals on an ongoing basis during the design and installation phase of each unit so that they are complete and available at the point of handover.

    Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
    Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Management.

    To fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, RAMS, ACE.

    Checking that project document protocols are being followed correctly for all uploads
    Liaison with client and vendor document controllers to ensure quality standards are met.
    Compile and maintain project files.
