    LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Estate Agent


    Location:
    Putney, SW15


    Salary:
    OTE £40k


    Position:
    Permanent – Full Time


    Our client is a successful independent estate and lettings agency that specialises in prime riverside homes and they are urgently seeking an experienced estate agent with exceptional Lettings Negotiation skills.


    The ideal candidate must have solid background and experience in residential property lettings with excellent achievements in both renting property and spotting new business opportunities.

    You will have previous property lettings experience, be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to hit the ground running

    The company are offering an extremely competitive salary package, negotiable dependent on experience. We are looking for someone with exceptional character and personality who wants to be part of something that is both special and different – consequently, we are advised that only very special people with a genuine interest in property should apply

    Skills:
    The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

    Residential lettings experience essential
    Knowledge of riverside properties beneficial
    Ability to work well under pressure
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to general new business
    Excellent customer service skills
    Well-spoken and well-presented
    Knowledge of the local market area
    Target driven and dynamic
    Full UK driving licence
    Excellent spoken and written English
