    The O pportunity

    The position is within the CMO WL Contact Sales team - entity of Worldline MTS, and focuses on the Worldline Contact product suite.

    As part of a sales & consultants' team, the Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for customers' presentation / demo.

    The objective is to support the sales team for clients 'meetings by presenting the value of the product, trends

    You need to have a good understanding of the customer's business and CX issues.

    When RFI/RFP are issued, you will contribute to the response by integrating the key elements understood during the presales meetings

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities ​

    The main missions will be:

  • Prospect: presales activities, solution 's demo, customers' presentation
  • Lead and facilitate functional workshops with customers (presales activities or prior to solution implementation) and find the solution modules that will add the most value,
  • Conduct immersions to identify the customers'needs,
  • Propose functionalities or best practices to ensure the project's success (omnichannel strategy design, customer journey design, performance analysis, etc.).
  • You will work closely with the sales'team, business developers and the product team

  • Experience in CcaaS and business knowledge in call centers (10 years)

  • You are versatile and flexible, organized, rigorous, curious and innovative
  • You are at ease with Customer Relations/Experience or Contact Center concepts and are ready to learn more
