    Head of Sales Performance - England, United Kingdom - 1485 Ltd

    Description
    Home-based role with a fast growing challenger brand. £75,000 - £100,000 base + car allowance.

    This is a branded food-to-go business that's launched a range of delicious meal and snack options into a broad range of customers, with a very healthy pipeline of products in development.

    And with new launches into multiple supermarkets happening soon, in conjunction with a new factory with increased production capacity, there's monumental possibilities here.

    That's why we're looking for a Head of Sales.

    You'll inherit a small team from day one, but this is a hands-on role in which you'll manage a multi-channel account base.

    But if you're up for that challenge, the longer term opportunity here is huge.

    If this company's going to achieve its ambition of becoming a £100m brand, then this role will be absolutely pivotal to that, with the opportunity to recruit and develop a wider sales team under you.

    Senior commercial experience in BOTH a food challenger brand AND a blue-chip branded FMCG business. The challenger brand experience is the most important.
    Multi-channel account experience, including impressive growth of your account base. Experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director or Controller.
