    Leveraging your expertise within high-growth and dynamic startup/scaleup settings, the Head of People will craft a world-class employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent, cultivating a high-performance culture and an environment where our people can be rewarded while being successful in the company.

    As a valued member of the team, you'll report directly to the Chief Performance Officer.

    Workforce Management:
    Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of effective strategies for the workforce.

    Talent Strategy:
    Develop and execute talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
    Ensure the team fills in 100% of critical job openings with quality candidates within agreed time-to-fill days.

    Employer Branding:
    Lead efforts to establish and promote the company as an employer of choice.

    Learning & Development:

    Employee Performance:
    Lead the development and execution of performance management processes and evaluations.

    HR Leadership:

    We want someone who has proven experience in scaling up teams and is now ready to guide us through our next chapter of expansion.


    Performance-Oriented:

    Comprehensive HR Knowledge:
    In-depth understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employee engagement (multi-jurisdiction a bonus)
