    Description

    Salary: up to 37000 perannum

    Contract:12Month (Maternity Cover) FixedTermContract

    Come and join the RoyalPharmaceutical Society (RPS) as our new Editorial Delivery Manager.Youll play a crucial role in our Editorial department at RPSensuring all our PhP products and services are backed byhighquality content. Youll manage a team of expert content creatorssupporting their development and steering them towardssuccess.

    In this role youll be the driving forcebehind our editorial delivery prioritising allocating andmonitoring daytoday work in line with our publishing objectives.Youll also coordinate with other managers fostering crossteamcollaboration and ensuring simultaneous publication ofcontent.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Supportthe People and Delivery Manager who is responsible for editorialdelivery within the team.
    • Track and reporteditorial delivery against deadlines and targets.
    • Coordinate with other managers to ensure resource sharingand simultaneous publication.
    • Displayinitiative pragmatic problemsolving skills andadaptability.

    Requirements:

    • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
    • Experience in planning monitoring and driving editorialdelivery.
    • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills.
    • Awareness of howmedicines information is used in healthcare.
    • Experience in healthcare publishing or medicalcommunications is aplus.

In the Publishing Directorate thefollowing teams work collaboratively to provide our worldclassproducts: the Journals team; the Sales and Marketing team; theTechnology team; the Product team and the Editorial team (in whichthis rolesits).

    Howwe are currentlyworking

    RPSsupports and works in a hybrid way which means you will be able towork from home however there will be an expectation forcollaborative facetoface working on average and typically this maybe something between 48 working days per month at our LondonOffice.
