    Our full range of advisory services includes strategic communications, investor relations, financial transactions and restructuring, management consulting, physical and cyber risk, organizational design, board and executive search, geopolitics and government affairs, corporate governance, ESG and DE&I.

    Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

    The Recruiting Coordinator is part of Teneo's Global People team, providing Talent Acquisition support to our hiring managers and recruiters.

    The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role as a primary interface to our potential hires in the Americas being responsible for managing interview schedules, job postings, and our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.

    High volume interview scheduling both in-person and virtual
    Manage all aspects of the candidate experience from initial outreach through a final decision ensuring a consistently positive experience
    Post jobs internally, externally (diversity partnerships, LinkedIn, and university career pages)
    Utilize sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, our internal ATS (Greenhouse), and other online portals to build candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines
    Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects and tasks as needed
    Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a demanding environment is highly preferred, as is demonstrated attention to detail and project execution skills
    ~ Applicant tracking system experience, Greenhouse preferred
    ~ Hybrid, minimum 3-days a week required working from our London Office
