    FSB is one of the leading platform providers in the Sports Betting and iGaming sector. Will you be the next member of Team FSB?

    FSB's trading teams manage over 80,000 pre match events and over 50,000 live events per month over a full spectrum of sports globally and on a basis. The Trading Operations Team provides essential support to FSB's sports traders, driving excellence and continuous improvements in trading processes and operations. The Team also ensures the accuracy and quality of site content for FSB's global partners and their customers. The Trading Operations Executive role would suit someone with a high attention to detail and accuracy, who has great communication skills and enjoys working in a fast paced, high volume environment. You should have a passion for sport and be keen to learn more about how online betting and trading teams work, and the contribution of operational and process excellence in delivering a great customer service.

    Responsibilities:


    • Ensuring specific sportsbook content is displayed correctly and available to customers


    • Quality assure customer sites and offers to ensure that the offers reflect the trading strategies put in place


    • Assist in the management of data feeds and set up sportsbook content, as required


    • Follow trading processes and governance accurately to ensure excellence across trading operations


    • Liaise with traders, partners and suppliers in a timely and professional manner to ensure that the FSB trading operation runs smoothly


    • Administer, input and amend data as required and always with a high degree of accuracy


    • Administer process requests as required and following process instructions


    • Manage and contribute to prompt incident resolution, following the direction of the Trading Operations Manager


    • Communicate proactively and effectively with traders and partners to ensure trading quality

    Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

    2– 3 years' experience in a similar role role.


    • Excellent strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


    • Experience with online sports betting or iGaming environment is vital.


    • High attention to detail and accuracy


    • Excellent communication skills – able to explain issues clearly to different stakeholders


    • Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment


    • Have a passion for sport and be keen to learn FSB Technology (UK) Ltd Page 2


    • Keen interest in operational and process excellence


    • A strong analytical approach; highly numerate with good mathematical skills


    • Be able to thrive and perform under pressure


    • A team player who can also drive results as an individual


    • Great organisation and administration skills


    • Flexible approach to working hours, working during evenings, nights and weekends as required
