    Description

    We are a customer-driven block management company that prioritises the safety and happiness of our residents above all else. We are a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the laws, regulations, and health and safety requirements associated with residential block management.

    We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Administrative Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity for a young individual with aspirations of becoming a budding entrepreneur in the property industry sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in organising and maintaining property management records and documentation.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants, property owners, and vendors.
    • Support the team in preparing and distributing property-related communications.
    • Assist with scheduling property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
    • Help maintain an organized office environment by managing office supplies and equipment.
    • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and liaise with external agencies.
    • Participate in team meetings, taking notes and assisting with action item follow-up.
    • Learn about financial aspects of property management, including service charge collections.
    • Engage in learning opportunities to develop a strong understanding of property management principles.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Current enrolment in a high school program or recent high school graduate (Age 16 or 17).
    • Some interest in the property management sector
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
    • Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
    • Opportunity to learn and develop essential skills within the property management industry.
    • Exposure to various aspects of property operations, customer service, and business management.
