    We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Operations to join our IT Support & Consultancy business based in North London.

They are the "Go To" IT consultancy for Cloud Solutions, unrivalled Technical Support & Emerging Technologies. Our client is very much a family business at heart. Founded in 1983, they are a well- established, growing business that puts an emphasis on employee value and development. They are based in purpose-built offices in Finchley and currently have 20 employees. They are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Operations to join the team. Responsibilities
    • Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department; ensuring that systems are running
    • smoothly.
    • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT
    • operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Evaluating and implementing new technologies and systems that improve IT support and
    • the organization's business goals.
    • Leading a team of IT professionals; providing guidance and support to ensure that they
    • are meeting their goals and objectives.
    • Ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant
    • with industry standards and company regulations.
    • Ensuring all Operational Staff have formal Roles and Responsibilities in place.
    • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in IT operations
    • management.
    • Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
    • Formalise systems for Resource Management
    • Yealy Support Team Appraisals.
    • Co-ordinate Staff Project Execution Rotation.
    Requirements
    • Experience with MSP Ticketing Solutions
    • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals and drive
    • performance.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, senior
    • management, and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple internal projects.
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
    Renumeration & Work Hours:
    • Full-Time
    • Office & home based (to be discussed further at interview)
    • Must be willing to travel to clients
    • £50K - £80k per annum based on experience
