    • Position: UK & Ireland Business Development Manager
    • Location: Home-based
    • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
    • Working Hours: Monday-Thursday , Friday
    • Salary: Mutually negotiated depending on candidate capabilities
    • Reporting to: Ryan Bullock, Sales Manager

    About the role:

    As a B2B Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth with key clients. This position requires a diligent individual to manage their calendar and spend 2-3 days per week in market, visiting customers to develop business opportunities and build meaningful relationships.

    A Key metric for this role will be to maximise customer facing time to drive forward new business opportunities and develop connections with key contacts, truly understanding their business needs and supporting with our World leading solutions.

    A Business Development Manager at Skanwear would be required to build both their own pipeline of new business opportunities and nurture those within certain key prospect accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain their diary to maximise customer facing time in market, mainly through Face-to-face meetings but also through virtual calls and meetings where visits are not possible.
    • Be aware through various channels including social media of potential business opportunities and industry trends, gaining a demonstrable understanding of our focus industries, our core customers (current & prospective) and the competitors relevant to our markets and regions.
    • Be aware of competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective strategies.
    • Identify and target potential B2B clients that align with our ideal target customer profile.
    • Using existing prospect lists to connect, meet and develop business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to acquire new clients and secure contracts.
    • Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through lead generation and nurturing.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts within clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt execution of commitments made during the sales process and supported with consistent communications and updates to all prospective client stakeholders.
    • Work with the Regional Account Management team to ensure seamless on boarding of clients.
    • Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to product/service enhancements.
    • Achieve weekly/monthly activity targets.
    • Keep the CRM system updated with all customer contact, planning, and setting forward calls and visits, and meticulously updating customer/prospect details as required.
    • Maintain an accurate pipeline at all times ensuring opportunities are regularly updated throughout various customer interactions.
    • Take part in company training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

    -Proven B2B sales professional
    - Experienced in using a CRM system desirable
    - Experienced in interacting with a varietysenior decision makers
    - Passionate about service, with a strong ownership and accountability
    - Comfortable working remotely from your own initiative
