    Description
    Anya Hindmarch founded her business in London in 1987 and it has since grown into a global brand.

    Today, it is as known for its luxury, organisation-obsessed accessories as it is for its groundbreaking work in sustainability and its playful experiential retail concepts.

    Alongside the beautiful seasonal collections which celebrate leather work and impeccable design, the Anya Hindmarch brand includes Anya Hindmarch Bespoke – a line up of beautifully crafted, personalisable designs; the Labelled collection, which grew from Anya's obsession with organisation and love of labelling – each piece is designed for a specific purpose; ANYA LIFE, the brands playful home and lifestyle collection, a line up of designs to animate your space; and Anya Hindmarch food, delicious and delectable fare with an Anya twist.

    In November 2023, the brand released a sell out knitwear collection in collaboration with Uniqlo.

    The Village on Pont Street in London's Chelsea, opened in 2021, is a community of neighbouring stores and a cafe.

    It is a place for the brand to connect with its customers, engage with projects it cares about and invite in collaborators.

    So far, The Village Hall has played host to numerous concepts that include a hairdressers, a greengrocer, the Ice Cream Project and a Christmas grotto for 2500 children.

    At the Anya Cafe, a selection of drinks, lunch, cakes and afternoon tea are served with a twist of the brand's trademark humour.

    We have an exciting opening for a full time Senior Marketing Manager in our Head Office comms team.

    Developing and owning the 360 marketing plan across all pillars of the business - Mainline, Bespoke, Labelled, Anya LIFE, the Village Hall and Anya Café.

    Working closely with all teams across the business (UK and Japan) to ensure that everyone is joined up and delivering co-ordinated campaigns that are well planned and executed and deliver brand growth and ROI whilst protecting brand integrity.

    Working closely with our Hong Kong franchise partner to ensure that the global marketing strategy is communicated and implemented appropriately at a local level and that all local initiatives are on brand and achieving business objectives.

    Co-ordinating, planning and briefing assets required for campaigns from the in-house studio & creative team.

    As well as the comms element this will include working on concept ideas, scheduling the concept store dates, developing the calendar of events, talks and workshops, finding and managing collaborators, working with partner brands who are stocked in the store and ownership of the Christmas grotto booking system.

    Developing and implementing the marketing & experiences for Anya Café.

    Working with the wholesale team and wholesale accounts to drive sell-through and manage the calendar of new/existing accounts, pop-ups and exclusive launches.

    Developing and managing the annual marketing budget.
    Creative, innovative thinker with strong commercial awareness
    Excellent analytical skills – an emphasis on ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    Able to balance the development of a luxury brand with the commercial needs of the business – achieving financial targets and driving sales
    A proven marketeer who is used to juggling a lot of projects
