    About this Role

    We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust consisting of 9 schools (five secondary schools and four primary schools), all rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

    Each school within our trust has its own unique values and ethos and is committed to the overarching principle of "Being the best we can be", the mission statement of Areté Learning Trust .

    Our Trust seeks to create a context for all children and young people to thrive, academically, personally and socially so that they experience the real joy of learning.

    We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Trust School Improvement Lead, to work in partnership with Headteachers across our schools.

    The successful candidate will provide support and challenge in order to continue to drive performance and improvement of teaching and learning for our students, particularly for vulnerable and disadvantaged students and ensure excellent standards of curriculum and teaching and learning.

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced person who will join our team to undertake important duties to ensure every child reaches their best academic and personal potential.

    This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader to take on this strategic post.
