    Service Manager - National (Ultrasound)

    This is fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a great brand in the UK that are part of an International group within Medical Devices.

    A highly respected company looking for an enthusiastic person to lead the UK Servicing team for Ultrasound
    Great offering to the medical market, this company is well placed across the UK and beyond.

    • Known for investing in staff training and development.
    This is a UK Service Manager for the Ultrasound division, with on-site engineers and field service engineers.

    • Managing a diverse team, overseeing the development of the service division and continued growth of the department.
    • Working closely with the Sales Team to deliver growth to the business while ensuring excellent customer service at all stages.
    • Technically home based, this role is covering the UK but you will work remotely when possible.
    • This role offers ongoing career development with a global organisation.

    • It is essential that you have proven background in ultrasound serving, and still enjoy getting on the tools from time to time
    • You will need to have management experience with service engineers in the medical field.
    • Professionalism is essential and you will be reporting to the board, but you also need to be able to chat to your team on personal level.
    • It is vital that you've got a good attitude and strong "customer facing" experience, from any role, as your engagement with key stakeholders is vital to the business.
    • You will need experience working alongside the sales and marketing teams to develop the business strategy and help deliver growth.
    • Full Driving Licence is essential.
