    Deine Aufgaben

    Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Teamleiter (m/w/d) der unser IT-Infrastructure Team in verschiedenen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts am Standort München unterstützt. Bringe Dein bisheriges Wissen in den Bereichen IT und/oder IT-Infrastruktur aktiv in Deine Rolle ein und fungiere für Dein Team als Coach.

    • Sorge zusammen mit Deinem Team für einen reibungslosen Betrieb unserer internen Anwendungssysteme (ERP, B2B-Shop, Gitlab, uvm.)
    • Entwirf und baue performante, wartbare und skalierbare IT-Systeme nach den aktuellen Geschäftsanforderungen und arbeite hierbei eng mit unseren Tech-Leads sowie unserem CTO zusammen
    • Fungiere als Ansprechpartner bei allen technischen Fragestellungen und Machbarkeitsstudien bei der Wartung und dem Ausbau unserer CI-/CD-Pipelines
    • Übernimm die Verantwortung für deren Prozesse und Tools und unterstütze das Team bei einer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
    • Stelle eine überdurchschnittliche Qualität unserer Produkte und Systeme sicher und sorge für eine fortlaufende Optimierung dieser
    • Bring Dein Wissen aktiv in Deine neue Position ein und fungiere hierbei als Trainer für unser DevOps-Team und unterstütze unseren CTO bei der Weiterentwicklung von Inhalten und Prozessen im Bereich IT-Compliance

    Was Du mitbringst

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Software Development oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem relevanten Fachbereich ist bei uns ebenso gern gesehen
    • Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur sowie mindestens 2-jährige Erfahrung als technischer Leiter und/oder Teamleiter inkl. fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung
    • Affinität für alte und neue Technologien, Prozesse und Menschen gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungskraft
    • Expertise in Aufbau und Wartung von Cloud-Infrastruktur in AWS und Terraform
    • Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Governance oder IT-Compliance sind wünschenswert
    • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind Pflicht, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
