    Global Head of Sales – Software Asset Management (SAM)

    Based in United Kingdom, remote working with travel

    Flexible salary & annual commission

    My client is an independent global provider specializing in Software and Cloud Asset Management and Optimization Services.

    You will lead a high-performing sales team, foster key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a top-performing sales team.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the sales organization.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team.

    Experience Required :

    • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the IT services industry.
    • Strong understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) and related technologies.
    • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
